Clinical Services Fees

Accepted Insurance

We will bill the following insurances:

  • Aetna
  • Allegiance
  • BCBS of WY
  • Cigna
  • First Choice of the Midwest
  • Medicaid
  • Medicare

Please call your insurance prior to your appointment to confirm what will or will not be covered. 

STD Testing

Services for teens are completely free. If you are uninsured, we are able to waive the office visit fee and all STD testing is free of charge. If you have insurance, you can expect to pay the following costs. These fees are subject to change, but we strive to keep this information updated and relevant:

  • Office Visit: $10
  • Chlamydia/Gonorrhea: $14 (per site - can test up to three sites)
  • HIV Rapid Test: Free 
  • Hepatitis B Markers: $45
  • Hepatitis C: $20
  • Syphilis: Free (limited testing for those considered at risk)

Immunizations

Flu shots

Most insurances cover flu shots. If you’re insured, and we take your insurance, we will bill your insurance. If you are uninsured, there is usually a limited number of discounted vaccine for adults. For uninsured children, flu shots are free of charge.

Other Immunizations

Some vaccine available for uninsured and underinsured Wyoming adults for $10 to $20 a dose. 

*Child Immunizations - important changes!

Children must be Wyoming residents to receive all school required vaccines provided by the Wyoming immunization program. For HPV, Meningococcal, Hepatitis A, and Flu the child must be uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid, or Alaskan / Indian Native to receive vaccines at a discount price.

Family Planning

All family planning fees (pregnancy testing, birth control, annual wellness exams, STD testing, etc.) are based on a sliding scale according to income: the less your income, the less you pay. All services for teens are free of charge.
