Deed Restriction Templates

These are the templates that the Affordable Housing Department uses to draft deed restrictions on homes. If you need help with putting deed restrictions on a home, please contact us: housing@tetoncountywy.gov, 307-732-0867.

Per reminder, to be eligible for Affordable Housing options, the household must be in the 0% - 120% Median Family Income range (MFI) for their household size.  

To be eligible for Workforce Housing options, the household earnings must be higher than 120% for their household size.
