NOTICE TO PUBLIC OF RIGHTS UNDER TITLE VI
Teton County, Wyoming
Teton County, Wyoming is committed to ensuring that transit related services and programs are provided without regard to race, color, or national origin, including those with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
Any person(s) who feels they have been excluded from transit related services, activities, or programs or feels they have been subjected to an unlawful discriminatory practice on the basis of race, color, or national origin may file a complaint within 180 calendar days of the alleged discrimination.
Complaints should be directed to the Teton County Title VI Coordinator via hand delivery to the Teton County Administrative Offices at 200 S. Willow Street, Jackson, WY 83001 or via US Mail to P.O. Box 1727, Jackson, WY 83001-1727 or via email to TitleVI@tetoncountywy.gov .

Complaints may also be filed directly with the Federal Transit Administration at the Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Complaint Team, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE, Washington DC 20590.
